Join us in an intimate 5-person virtual workshop where you will identify your most important values and plan steps to live in accordance to what’s most important to you. This workshop includes:
This workshop will be virtual via Zoom. We will have four (4) 1.5 hour weekly virtual Saturday workshops starting on June 5, 2021 and ending on June 26, 2021. This will be a small group of 5 individuals max. It will be intimate in nature so that every participant has an opportunity to participate with full intention. This will be an active group where you share your vision and ask for help with designing how you want to accomplish that vision. We will rely on the group’s collective wisdom.
We will start with an exercise where we discuss values and their role in our lives and end with identifying which values are most important to us. Each individual will share their values. Workshop leader will work with each individual on how to turn those values into small, achievable steps for the week.
Each week we will bridge from the week before and check in on each participant’s progress, wisdom and compassion acknowledged, and a new lesson regarding Valued Living will be shared. There will be 1-2 guest speakers who will share their insights and experience with recovering from burnout and crafting their valued based life.
You can expect the workshop leader to be non-judgmental and rooted in compassion for all.
Themes of self-care, self-compassion, well-being, burnout prevention, boundaries, accessing your wisest self, and rediscovering joy and hobbies.
